What changed in September 2026
A real-name ticketing policy began in September 2026. Under it, passport information is required for cruise ticket bookings, and the dinner tour spells out exactly what it needs.
What the dinner tour asks for
Every guest needs a passport number and the exact passport name, entered in the additional information when you book.
If you do not enter it at booking
The provider's customer service team contacts you shortly after your booking to collect the details. Make sure the email address and phone number you give are ones you actually check.
The deadline
The numbers and names must be provided before the tour date. Without them the operator cannot buy the cruise tickets for you.
Names exactly as printed
Copy each name as the passport shows it, in the same order and spelling. For a group, collect every passport before you start the booking so nothing is typed from memory.
Other options
The guided-entry ticket and the buffet cruise may ask for the same details. Keep passports at hand wherever you book, and follow the form on the page you open.
